1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or accessing any part of the Marathi Learning Platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for learners, faculty, mentors and partner institutions. You must provide accurate information at registration and keep your credentials confidential.

3. User content

Submissions such as writing attempts, speaking recordings, assignment answers and posts remain your property. You grant the Platform a non-exclusive licence to host and display such content for the purpose of evaluation, feedback and course delivery.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform — including uploading offensive material, attempting to access another user's data, disrupting live classes, or reverse-engineering paid content. Violations may result in account suspension.

5. Payments

Some courses, books, live classes and mentor sessions are paid. Payments are processed securely; access is granted once a payment is confirmed. Refunds, where applicable, follow the policy displayed at checkout.

6. Certificates

Certificates are issued when the stated completion criteria are met. They reflect your recorded progress and assessments and may be verified via the public verification link.

7. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific learning outcomes, which depend on your own effort and practice.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the Platform evolves. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
