1. Information we collect

We collect the details you provide at registration (name, email, role, institution), your learning activity (lessons completed, test attempts, scores, saved items), and content you submit for evaluation (writing, recordings, assignments).

2. How we use it

Your information powers your learning experience — progress tracking, recommendations, certificates, mentor matching and notifications. Partner institutions receive aggregate, role-appropriate views of learners enrolled in their courses.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with your assigned mentors or partner institution for delivery of the service, and with processors (e.g. payment providers) as strictly needed. Verified certificates are publicly verifiable via a verification link containing only your name and certificate status.

4. Security

Passwords are hashed. Access is authenticated via short-lived tokens. Role-based access control limits who can read each data type. We use HTTPS in production.

5. Retention

Learning records are kept while your account is active so your progress is preserved. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data; institutional records may be retained as required by the partner institution.

6. Your choices

You can update your profile, change notification preferences, and sign out at any time. You can also contact us to exercise data-access or deletion requests.

7. Updates

We may update this policy as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be surfaced through the Platform or notifications.
